S.O. 764(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Unorganised  Workers’  Social  Security  Act,  2008  (33 of  2008),  the  Central  Government  hereby  makes  the following Scheme to provide for old age protection to the unorganised workers.
